Let's talk a little bit now about the way we manufacture this thing..

Well, for one thing, we use REAL wood. Believe it or not. This decorative fireplace is built with hand selected oak woods as well as imported plywood. To ensure no cracks appear later in the fireplace’s life, we make sure the wood used to construct the fireplace is thoroughly kiln dried. The back panel of the fireplace is built out of stainless steel to ensure a rust free appearance. The painting process is a tedious and laborious one in which we can apply up to 10 coats of finishes before the final product is done. Also, the brushed aluminum must be manipulated and securely fastened to the rest of the fireplace this can sometimes take several hours for us to complete.

More good news, if you're a dummy like me when it comes to putting things together, you'll be very happy to hear this decorative fireplace comes fully assembled. That's right, no need for screws, drills, hammers, glue, etc... It comes fully assembled. All you have to do is put the log set in place and plug it! Also, no messy electrical connections are necessary, since the log set plugs right into any AC 110 volt outlet.

-Note: This decorative Fireplace does not product any heat. The log set including makes a crackling sound and realistic looking flames. However, it does not produce any heat. You can buy a small heater from us that is placed underneath the log set, and that will provide *some* heated air. However, don't expect it to heat up your entire house.
